The eye pillow is made of an outer bag with comfortable handles plus an inner bag filled with golden linseeds and lavender botanicals (optional fragrance-free or rose petals can be added, please see the options).
The inner bag can be used either cold or can be warmed up in the microwave before use (please always check the temperature before placing it on the skin). Please be aware that only the inner bag is microwave safe. The outer bag has a metal zip which is not suitable for microwaves.
